Khmer Classical Dance Program

Learn Khmer classical dance in a supportive group setting. Build a foundation in the fundamentals while developing the graceful movements, meanings, and traditions that make this sacred art form unique.

Khmer classical dance takes time and care. By joining, you’re committing as best you can to weekly Sunday practices through May 2026 (approximately 29 weeks) with breaks for school holidays. This consistency allows you to progress steadily, gain confidence, and learn full dances that honor and preserve the beauty of our heritage.

Late enrollment will be accepted through October.

About Neary Movement

Neary Movement is a modern Cambodian classical dance class/group devoted to reclaiming identity, reconnecting with heritage, and healing through movement.

Founded to create space for those who feel disconnected from their roots, we offer a return to tradition, to self, and to story.

Whether you danced in childhood or are discovering classical Khmer dance for the first time, you are welcome here.
